First Overnight®
delivery to insure freshness. We custom pack each
order to be sure your order arrives fresh and in excellent
condition.
In the event no one is home to receive your order, we strongly
recommend you send your package to a business address to insure
delivery. Sending your package to a commercial address will also
guarantee a speedy arrival. Corky and Lenny's cannot be
responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not
available to receive the order. All perishable orders are final.
If our Overnight courier fails to deliver your package on time,
you will receive a full refund for your perishable order and
shipping charges incurred.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email
notification stating that your order is in process. We will then
proceed to pick and pack your order for shipment. If all items
are in stock and are ready for shipment, your credit card will
be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be
notified via email with a tracking number.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
FEDEX provides tracking information through their web site. You
can visit their tracking page by clicking on the following link
Federal Express Tracking. Simply fill out the tracking box
with your tracking number and receive real time information on
when you can expect delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the United
States.
